We’re looking forward to welcoming you in Sydney for the 2025 Australian Architecture Conference!
Please ensure you have read the key information below prior to your arrival:
As we continue to deliver a low-waste conference this year, we are moving to digital registration without physical lanyards. Your Conference App (The Institute AU) is your ticket to the event.
Ensure you have downloaded and logged into the app prior to your arrival.
Search for ‘The Institute AU’ in the Play Store or the App Store.
Login and user information is found below.
All conference information and access is via the app.
We have launched a new app this year with enhanced functionality. If you attended the 2024 Australian Architecture Conference, please note this year’s app is not the same.
The app houses your scheduled agenda, pre-selected session choices, venue maps, CPD assessments tracking and Digital Business Card to simplify check-in.
Please arrive with your Digital Business Card displayed to help streamline the check-in process.

Sydney Unlocked Walking Tours
Sydney Unlocked Walking Tours
The Sydney Unlocked Walking Tours will take place on Friday 2nd May, immediately following the close of Day 1.
The assembly and check-in point for the tours will be at the bottom of the Grand Stairs outside of the Sydney Opera House, unless you are attending the Sydney Opera House tour, which will meet outside the box office. Tour placards will help you find your way!
Our tour guides will be making use of audio software to assist attendees in hearing the host throughout the tour. Attendees will be able to download the audio app and should bring headphones with them so they are able to hear clearly.
Please note ALL Walking Tours will involve walking from the Opera House to the tour site, so we encourage comfortable shoes. Please contact us if you have any accessibility requirements.
